RHIANNON DIXON became the first female boxer to sign for VIP Promotions in 2019.

After two fights under Lee Blundell she is now being trained by Anthony Crolla.
Dixon made he professional debut in September 2019 when she outpointed Vaida Masiokaite, flooring her Lithuanian opponent in round one.
Three months later Dixon faced 48-fight Pole Bojana Libiszewska and captured another clear points win.

Rhiannon who works as a pharmacist at Whiston Hospital faced another Pole, when she returned in September 2021 and outscored Karina Kopinska over four rounds.

She got a slot on the Parker v Chisora 2 undercard at Manchester’s AO Arena a few day before Christmas and took a 60-54 decision against old opponent Masiokaite.
Since teaming up with Crolla, Dixon only works part-time so that she can give more time to boxing which is booming for women, right now.

Dixon who has sparred with the likes of Stacey Copeland and Natasha Jonas comes from a sporting family. Her brother Andrew is a professional rugby league player who plays for Toulouse
