TRAVIS is one of several youngsters from the North-East turning professional under VIP banner. He made his debut on the Troy Williamson v Josh Kelly undercard at Newcastle Arena where he outpointed experienced Nicaraguan Eligio Palacios.

His second professional fight was in March 2023 in Bolton was short and explosive, blowing away Joe Hardy inside two minutes of the opening round. Waters had more than 160 amateur fights and won two NABGC titles.
